47% of German employees demand distant work, otherwise they would depart their job

Continental’s research highlights a fundamental shift in worker expectations, especially in Germany. Almost half of office employees signal their willingness to go away their current job if distant work options usually are not maintained. This sense isn’t isolated in Germany. Results from Randstad Malaysia’s Workmonitor survey show that 39% of respondents would consider quitting their job if forced to spend more time in a standard office.

Preferring hybrid work models
